About me I'm a musician, aged 36, living in Kristiansand, Norway. My instrument is electric guitar, an instrument I've been playing since the age of 13. That was approximately the same age I started smoking.. Coincidence? Nah.. I’ve managed to quit smoking, but I’ll never stop playing the guitar. My main instrument is a Fender Strat, originally a Mary Kay blond/gold RI, but I’ve modded almost every part of it during the years I’ve had it. I regret not having kept it original now, but it has been my main axe for the last seventeen years, so I have modded it out of needs I’ve had. Or thought I had? I graduated from Agder Conservatoire 1994, music teacher education. I studied two more years after that, electric guitar, advanced level. After completing my studies, I’ve worked both as a teacher, and as session musician. I’ve played on several CD’s with local artists, a couple of those tracks are in the samples section. At the time beeing, I'm teaching at Vagsbygd Secondary school, doing session work in between. I have also played on different productions at Agder Teater. A few productions made for children, and Jesus Christ Superstar 2001-2002. I’ve played at 8 major country(!) festivals, both in Norway and Sweden. I've done a lot of club gigging and various session work. The last couple of have been very busy with my three little children aged 4, 6, and 9, living a family life in Kristiansand. Hopefully I will have more time to work on my own projects and continue my session career.
